Online Business Registry Services - Terms and Conditions

The "cut-off time" refers to the designated time by which registrations/filings must be completed for processing on a given business day. Our standard cut-off time is 3 pm (Mountain Standard Time). Any registration/filing request submitted after 3 pm (Mountain Standard Time) will be processed the next business day.

All intellectual property rights in our Services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents, are owned by us or our licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our Services.
